A wide selection of rooms and suite options are available, all air/conditioned with tea and coffee making facilities and mini-bar.

• 33 Classic Rooms (from 30 square metres and non sea-facing).
• 12 Winchester Suites with separate lounge area (sea or non sea-facing).
• 5 Colonial Suites with two bedrooms and sitting room (sea or non sea-facing).
• 1 Harvey Suite consisting of 2 en-suite double bedrooms with a lounge/kitchenette (sea-facing).

Upstairs, the ‘Top of the Mansions’ offers further accommodation in a contemporary design.

Rates

Rates from £73 per night per adult sharing, inclusive of Bed & Breakfast in a Classic Room (valid 01/05/12 – 31/08/12). Supplement of £36 for an upgraded Winchester Suite / £46 Colonial.

Family

• Children under 6 free of charge.
• Children 6 and over charged £25 per night.
• Children in their own room charged at adult rate.

The hotel supports the Hotel Housing Trust providing housing for destitute shack dwellers and ‘Street Smart’ which funds projects for homeless children. The restaurant also employs students from Iziko Cooking School from a township just outside Cape Town , in its aim to support disadvantaged local communities.

The hotel is also proud to be part of the South African Cleaner Production pilot project in the hospitality and tourism sector. As a result changes implemented include fitting water saving mechanisms in the toilets and energy saving lighting as well as separation of recycling waste.
